Course Description

VYO-COSI is a one week, non-resident, chamber music and orchestral intensive experience for string students in rising grades 6-12 and brass/wind students in rising grades 9-12.    The experience will include chamber, orchestral, sectionals, technique classes, and masterclasses taught by Blair School of Music faculty members and guest Nashville Symphony Orchestra musicians.

Course Outline

  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, June 2-6, 2025
  • Students can be dropped off as early at 8:15 a.m. 
  • The final concert will be on Friday, June 6.
