Admin Support


This page contains information about how to navigate your Admin Portal, as well as, Frequently Asked Questions. You can access your group's Admin Portal by navigating to the Home page and finding your Corporate Group.


Admin Portal Navigation Overview

Navigation Bar

  • VU logo: Navigates you back to the Admin Portal home page.
  • Digital Education Hub: Navigates you back to the Digital Education Hub
  • NovoEd Login: Navigates you to the NovoEd login page
  • Admin Support: Navigates you to the Admin Support tab on the Digital Education Hub
  • Contact: Navigates you to the Contact page on the Digital Education Hub
  • Shopping Cart: View items that you have added to your cart to purchase for your group.
  • Welcome: Here you can log off the Admin Portal once you have logged in


How to Log In

1. Enter in your login information and verify that the Log On As field is set to Contact.

  • When your contact account was created, you should have received an email to set up your account. If you have lost this email, please reach out to your VU Program Admin.

2. Fill in your login information and click Log On.

3. Once you log in, you will navigate to the Admin Portal Home Page where you can manage your group members. You can find more information about common actions in the Additional Resources section of this page.
