Here is a chance to explore create based on the elegance of Japanese book and paper arts. In this class students will create decorative papers using the ancient ink and water marbling technique of suminagashi. These beautiful papers will then be transformed in to Japanese style books and soft containers. This class is open to all levels, no previous experience is necessary.
A 30.00 materials fee covers the cost of inks, paper and supplies for objects created during class.

The Vanderbilt University Precollegiate and Adult Continuing Education (VUPACE) system provides registration services for a variety of programs at Vanderbilt.
