Course Description

Participants learn to tune in with their bodies and improve their daily movement habits through the intentional movements of the 10-posture Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Kung. Cindy Hui-Lio is a certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor by the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association and Massage Therapy, having completed her training at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hui-Lio enjoys sharing her 20 years of Tai Chi experience with all on the journey to rediscover their mental and physical connection. Learn gentle Tai Chi movements, breathing techniques, and fluid coordinated movements to help ease stress and anxiety, all from the comfort of your office or home. NOTE: Students who attend both sessions will receive a $20 discount on the second class.
